What is LINK Transition Center?

Who We Are

LINK Transition Center at ESD 105 supports students with disabilities as they prepare for life after high school. We work to improve outcomes by focusing on education, employment, and independent living opportunities. Grounded in the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), our services are designed to meet each student’s unique needs, strengths, and goals.
