CWITN brings together educators, service providers, families, and community organizations to:

► Enhance Collaboration - Strengthening connections between schools, agencies, & community partners.

► Provide Resources - Offering guidance on employment, independent living, & post-secondary opportunities. 

► Advocate for Inclusion - Promoting accessible, person-centered pathways for students with disabilities. 

► Host Events & Training - Facilitating workshops, informational sessions, & networking opportunities. 

Together, we work together to empower individuals with disabilities to lead fulfilling, self-directed lives within their communities.
