OUR MISSION

We envision a supportive community where young adults with disabilities are empowered to advocate for themselves, build connections, and promote independence, achieving their fullest potential.

LINK stands for:

L - Life Skills Development
I - Individualized Career Planning
N - Navigating Workplace Environments
K - Knowledge of Resources

These components aim to provide a comprehensive framework for LINK, helping students with disabilities transition successfully into adulthood through education, skill development, and practical experience.

Full or Part Day Program

Full or Part Day Program enrollment is a collaborative initiative between local school districts and ESD 105, designed to provide a student-centered, inclusive transition experience. This program supports eligible students who are progressing toward graduation but have not yet completed their high school requirements.

Students take an active role in guiding their transition from high school to post-secondary education, vocational training, employment opportunities, and community involvement. The program offers integrated training experiences, blending classroom instruction with hands-on learning in real-world settings. Through partnerships with Yakima Valley College (YVC) and local businesses, students engage in meaningful skill development, career exploration, and independent living experiences.

Our unique facility fosters connections with peers and provides opportunities to explore the vibrant offerings at YVC. This empowering approach helps students build independence, gain practical skills, and achieve meaningful participation in life beyond the traditional school setting.
