Pre-Employment Transition Services
ESD 105, in partnership with the Department of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR), provides Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) to support students with disabilities in building the skills necessary for life after high school. These services help students explore career options, develop workplace readiness, and gain confidence in their ability to succeed in employment and post-secondary opportunities.
Through hands-on learning, job exploration, and self-advocacy training, Pre-ETS equips students with the tools they need to navigate the transition from school to the workforce, ensuring they are prepared for meaningful and fulfilling careers in today’s ever-evolving job market.
Our Goal
Our goal is to offer work-based training opportunities through Pre-ETS to help students gain real-world experience, empowering them to pursue meaningful employment, higher education, or independent living after they transition from school. Our focus areas include:
- Work-Based Training
- Post-Secondary Advising
